Structural features of KCB gear pump
This series stainless steel gear pump mainly consists of gear, shaft, pump body, safety valve and shaft end seal.
The gear has high hardness and strength after heat treatment and is installed with the shaft to operate in the replaceable shaft sleeve.
The lubrication of all parts in the pump is achieved automatically by using the output medium.
The pump has reasonable designed oil drainage and oil return groove, which means the gear bears small torque force during work, so the bearing load is small, wear is small, and the pump efficiency is high.
The pump is equipped with a safety valve as the overload protection. The total backflow pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted according to actual needs in the allowable discharge pressure range.
However, it should be noted that this safety valve cannot be used for long-term work of the pressure reducing valve, and it can be installed separately in the pipeline when needed.
