Performance:
The performance parameters of various types of asphalt gear pumps are determined when the medium viscosity is 4 x 10-3m2/s(40cSt).
The parameter values given in the performance parameter table are applicable to the range of medium viscosity 1 x 10-5 ~ 8 x 10-5m2/s(10 ~ 80cSt). If the range is beyond this range, it shall be determined separately according to the performance parameter requirements proposed by the user.
The discharge pressure given in the performance parameters of various types of asphalt gear pumps is the maximum working pressure value, and the pumps can work normally within this range.
Gear pumps are composed of pump body, front and rear pump cover, gear, main and passive shaft, bearing, safety valve and shaft end seal.

Installation:
1. The place to install the pump should be spacious enough to facilitate the maintenance work.

3. The installation height, length and pipe diameter of the pump suction pipe shall meet the calculated value, keep it short and reduce unnecessary loss (such as elbow, etc.);
The pump shall not exceed the allowable cavitation margin when working.
4. The suction and discharge piping shall have supports.
Pumps are not allowed to bear line loads.
